0. Parties & Legal Identity

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between:

INSPYR FINNOVATION PRIVATE LIMITED

A company incorporated under the laws of India, operating the platform under the brand name Biocog(“Biocog”, “Platform”, “Services”, “Company”, “We”, “Us”)

and the entity or individual accessing or using the Services (“User”, “You”, “Customer”).

By accessing the Platform, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of Services

Biocog provides AI-powered carbon estimation, ESG intelligence, digital infrastructure, and climate-finance enablement tools for MSMEs.

1.1 Platform Classification

Not a statutory auditor or verifier
Not a carbon registry or exchange
Not a financial advisor, NBFC, or investment intermediary
Not a government authority or regulator

All outputs are assistive, inferential, and non-binding in nature.

1.2 Scope of Services

Estimated carbon emissions
ESG indicators
Climate-finance eligibility signals
AI-generated sustainability intelligence
Carbon monetization pathways
Operational insights from proprietary models

Services are automated, probabilistic, and dependent on user data quality and regulatory context.

2. User Eligibility & Responsibilities

Lawful ownership and authorization of submitted data
Accuracy and completeness of all inputs
Right to provide such data
Compliance with applicable laws and filings

Biocog does not independently verify raw data unless explicitly agreed in writing.

3. Data Retention, Training & Derived Intelligence

Unauthenticated users: up to 3 months
Authenticated / paid users: up to 18 months

Data may be used to train Biocog’s proprietary AI models. Opt-out requests may be sent to biocog.v1@gmail.com.

Aggregated or anonymized model learnings are non-reversible and non-deletable.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gurugram, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
